Dorothy Masters

MASTERS, Dorothy Lorena Freeland, 98, of Dennis Lane, Follansbee, W.Va., passed away March 16, 2012, at Mary Ann Manor in Follansbee.

She was born June 10, 1913, in Wick, W.Va., to the late Clarence and Bannie Everheart Freeland.

She was a retired homemaker. She was a member of the Colliers United Methodist Church, also Past Grand of the Church. She was Past Deputy and Past President of Rebecca Lodges of W.Va. She was a 50 year member of the Rebecca Lodge Coliers I.O.O.F. of Coliers, W.Va. She was a member of the Coliers Methodist Women. Many other organizations too numerous to mention.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Robert Masters (1995). One brother Burl Freeland, four sisters Arzetta Tice, Mildred Waggle, Irene Knox, and Ershilene Arnett, and son-in-law Eugene Radvansky (2004), and one grandson Mark Radvansky (1962).

Surviving are one daughter Mary Kay Radvansky of Follansbee, W.Va., two grandchildren Gina Bengier and husband Edward of Steubenville, Ohio, and Gary Radvansky of Wheeling, W.Va. Four great-grandchildren Orion and Haley Bengier of Steubenville, Ohio, and Samantha and Alley Radvansky of Wheeling, W.Va. Also, several nieces and nephews and cousins surviving.

The family invites relatives and friends for visitation 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm Sunday March 18, 2012, at Reasner Funeral Home, 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, W.Va., where services will be held Monday, March 19, 2012, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Tom Dean.

Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery, Coliers, W.Va. The family suggests memorial contributions go to New Hope Full Gospel Church care of Reasner Funeral Home, P.O. Box 346, Wellsburg, W.Va. 26070.
