WEIRTON - Connie Milbert of Weirton announces the engagement of her daughter, Angela, of Lexington, Ky., to Kalen Harris, also of Lexington.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Richard L. Milbert. She graduated from Madonna High School in 2001 and from the University of Kentucky in 2006 with a master's degree in rehabilitation counseling.
Her fiance graduated from Prestonsburg High School and the University of Kentucky. He is employed at Cellular Sales Inc.
