WYAND, Philip Arlen 59, formerly of New Somerset, OH, passed away on Sunday, May 27 following a lengthy illness.
Philip was the son of the late Allen and Hilda Wyand of Wellsville, OH. After his parent's death at age 3, he was raised by his Uncle the late David Welch and his Aunt Lois Welch of New Somerset, whom he considered to be his parents.
Philip is survived by brothers, Richard Wyand, Gary Wyand, Ron Wyand, Larry Wyand, Mark Wyand, Daniel Wyand and Robert Welch. Philip's surviving sisters are JoAnn Cline, Trudy D'Andrea and Kathleen Bonar.
A brother, Keith Wyand and sister, Sharon Williams preceded him in death.
There will be no calling hours. Private arrangements are being made by the family.
