Riverview Baptist Chapel
Riverview Baptist Chapel will host a Vacation Bible School to the theme "Amazing Wonders Aviation" on June 25-27 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
There will be classes available for all ages, including adults.
The VBS will offer music, crafts, stories, puppets, clowns, snacks and games.

Kolmont Community Church
Kolmont Community Church at 48 Finlet Road, Mongo Junction, will host Vacation Bible School Monday through Friday to the theme "Come to SunRise National Park 2012."
Classes are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. daily for children age 4 and up, including a large class for teens.
The VBS will feature music, recreation and lessons.
Promotional material indicates that participants will have "exciting wilderness thrills as they head to beautiful SunRise National Park. Kids will be awestruck by snow-capped mountains, thundering waterfalls, wildflower meadows bursting with color and amazing animals like soaring eagles, friendly huskies and herds of caribou. As kids explore SunRise National Park, they'll learn the most important survival skill of all: They can always depend on Jesus and His promises of true peace, true riches, true
power, true love and true hope. At SunRise National Park, kids will learn to trust Jesus as their all-powerful guide and Savior."
The church is located at the second bridge on Gourds Road.
Mercy Baptist Church
Mercy Baptist Church will hold a Vacation Bible School from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Monday through June 22 at the church located at 3474 Pennsylvania Aver., Weirton
The school is open to children aged 3 through seventh-graders. It will include Bible stories, music, games, prizes, skits, crafts and snacks. It is free.
Weirton First United Methodist
The First United Methodist Church will hold Vacation Bible School, "Adventures on Promise Island, Where Kids Discover God's Life-Saving Love," from 6 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Monday through Friday at the church located at 3301 West St., Weirton. The school is open to children in preschool through sixth grade.
It begins with a free dinner for participants and parents, and activities, including Bible stories, crafts and music, begin at 6:30 p.m.
