Library announces upcoming Halloween events and activities for children, teens and adults
STEUBENVILLE — The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County will offer a Harry Potter grab-and-go craft beginning Oct. 21, while supplies last. Materials will make a broomstick.

Adults: The Ohio Valley Health Center will discuss breast health education, focusing on Black communities, as Black women have a higher rate for breast cancer deaths, studies show. Learn how the center aids with mammogram screenings, workshops and support groups at 6 p.m. Oct. 21. Call to attend.
