RAYMOND BOYD

Raymond Boyd, 81, of Bergholz, Ohio, passed away on October 13, 2024. He was born on November 20, 1942, to the late Robert Murray Boyd and Faye (McKee) Boyd- Morgan. In addition to his parents, Raymond is preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Boyd; his sister, Virginia Kemmer; and his stepfather, Floyd Morgan.

Raymond was a proud U.S. Army veteran and was also a member of the Ruritan Club in Bergholz, Ohio.

He is survived by his loving wife, Cathy (Donnelly) Boyd; his sons, Ryan (Heather) Boyd, Zane (Ashley) Boyd, Patrick (Florita) Boyd, and Pierre (Margaret) Boyd; his daughter, Virginia (Frank) Brown; his brother Jim (Cindy) Boyd of Wisconsin; his sisters, Marsha (Ron) Lucas and Karen (Rick) Saylor; his grandchildren, Francesca (Jeffrey) Van Sant, Bronson Boyd, Billy Boyd, Chase Heckathorn, Brooklynn Boyd, Skylar Boyd, and Colton Boyd; his great grandchildren, Henry and Collette Van Sant; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second Street, Bergholz, Ohio, on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 4-8 P.M. A funeral service will be held the following day, Thursday, October 17, 2024, at the funeral home at 11 A.M. with Pastor David Miller officiating. Burial and military honors will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates in Wintersville, Ohio.
